Hakka Star began with a simple craving: bold Indo-Chinese food that wasn't watered down or inconsistent. Our roots are in the street kitchens of Kathmandu, where garlic, ginger, soy and real spice do the talking, and we've brought that same flavour to Brampton.

Our Journey

We chose Brampton because we knew local diners appreciate strongly flavoured, honest food. The menu spans steamed and fried momos, chilli chicken, szechuan noodles, manchurian and fried rice, with plenty of vegetarian, paneer and seafood options. Every dish is cooked fresh and fast, and you pick the spice level, mild, medium or very spicy.
